Where are your products made and shipped from?

Crafty Goodies custom print on-demand products are shipped from different warehouses based in the US, Canada, UK and Europe. It also depends of which factory is the closest to you and the capacity they have to fulfil your order.

Our products are only made when you place an order, and this allows us to avoid over production.

How do I know which size to order?

All product pages have size charts for you to choose from; our apparel collections have both imperial and metric systems.

I ordered the wrong size; entered wrong address; can I still change it?

Yes, you can but you need to do that immediately after the order is placed. Please send a note to craftygoodies01@gmail.com

Unfortunately, if your order has already been marked as processed and shipped, you cannot change the size of your items or your address. Please see our shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All products are print on-demand. they are only made after you place the order, therefore processing and fulfillment may be about 5-10 business days.

Shipping will take 3-5 business days for US customers and 6-12 business for Canada. Worldwide shipment may take about 5-20 business days.

Please Note: Your order may be shipped from different warehouses, and you might receive separate items in different packages. Custom duties and taxes may apply when you receive your order, and the expenses are your responsibility as a customer. We at Crafty Goodies do not offer reimbursement for these fees.

How do I report a wrong order or damaged items?

Please send us a note as soon as you receive your package and we will investigate. If the damage or the wrong item was our fault, we will replace the items free of charge. Please see more information on our return & refund policies.

Do you offer refunds and returns?

We do not offer refunds but only exchanges when the item you received was faulty from our side.

We are not responsible for orders needing returns due to wrong address and required information you provide at checkout. See more information on policies about returns and exchanges on this page.

What payments method do you use?

We accept most major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc... Our payment gateways are Bobpay, Payfast and Paypal.

Crafty Goodies is based in South Africa and our currency is Rand(ZAR). If you use a different currency to pay, Paypal will convert into your country's currency and conversion charges may apply.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. All SA orders over R1950; US and Canada over $100 are eligible for free shipping.
