Do you have a physical store?
No, we don't have a physical store. We are an online-only based shop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express etc...Our payment gateways are BobPay, Payfast, Zapper and Paypal.
As a handmade gift shop, do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer a Zapper Gift Voucher that you can redeem in our store on any products to treat yourself or gift to your loved ones.
All our first time customers receive a 10% off discount that is automatically applied at checkout.
Products & Materials
Where are your products made and shipped from?
Crafty Goodies products are handmade, packaged and shipped from South Africa.
What kind of products will I find in your store?
We sell handmade crochet/hand knit home decor items such as blankets, pillows, baskets, potholders, dishcloths, coasters.
Our bath and body products we have washcloths, soap saver bags, facial cleansing pads and accessories such as earrings and more...
Most of these products are available to shop as individuals or as sets/bundles.
Are your product offers perfect for gifting?
Yes, browse our Gift Boxes and Bundles & Sets collections to find our thoughtfully curated gifts perfect for life's special moments and occasions.
All our products are hand packaged and ready for gifting!
How do I care for my handmade products purchased from your store?
Each product description page includes how to use and care information so that your goodies stay in good condition for a long time.

What materials do you use to make your products?
I use locally sourced yarn to crochet/hand knit our products, from 100% eco-cotton, bamboo/cotton blends, recycled fibres to polyester yarn.

Shipping & Orders
What shipping couriers/services do you use?
We use Aramex and The Courier Guy to ship local (SA) orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship our products internationally. We use FedEx and USP to ship our products outside the borders of South Africa.
Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
Once you have placed your order please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Delivery times depends on the courier service you choose at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for our shipping partners and order tracking links.
How do I cancel or change a wrong order?
We try to process orders as soon as possible but if you need to cancel or make changes in your order please let us know soon after you place an order and we can make those changes on our side.
Please Note: Once the status of your order changes to 'Being Fulfilled' or 'Fulfilled', unfortunately we cant make changes to your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do. We offer free shipping on all SA order over R695. All international orders over $100 are also eligible for free shipping.
How do I report wrong or damaged products?
We try by all means to check and package our products with care so that they reach you in a good condition.
In case of a rare situation where your order is wrong or damaged, please send us a note at craftygoodies01@gmail.com as soon as you receive your package so that we can investigate and make it right.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
We do offer returns and refunds to most items returned within our 30 days after purchase.
