Returns & Refunds Policies
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy on our products. The return costs are your responsibility as a buyer. The items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging.
Please send us an email at craftygoodies01@gmail.com to issue a return and provide the reason for the return along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return has been approved, we will send you an email so you proceed with the return process. Please do not send your package back without letting us know first. Unfortunately we will not accept packages sent outside the 30-day window period or without a request. For our international customers it is your responsibility to cover import taxes and duties back to us.
Damages Products
Please let us know as soon as you receive a damaged/faulty or wrong order and sent the package back to us so that we can evaluate and make it right. Pictures or videos of faulty items will be much appreciated. Once we receive it and investigate we will let you know if it was approved or not. We will only send the new item once we receive and inspect the faulty item to our satisfactory.
If you need to return the items that were not our fault, it is your responsibility to cover return fees. We will not offer you an exchange if you return the item after 30-days of purchase.
Refunds
If your request is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund to you. If more that 10 business days have passed since we approved your return please let us know at the email below.
Non-returnable Items
Custom orders; gift cards and items on sale are not eligible for returns.
