We ship our handmade products all over South Africa using the following courier services:

It takes about 2-3 business days for us to prepare and process your order before it goes for shipping. Larger orders may may take more days to process. Once your order is in transit it may take about 2-5 business days to deliver your package and outlying areas may take longer. Deliveries are not done on weekends and public holidays.
We offer FREE shipping on all SA orders over R695
International Shipping
Handling time for international orders is 3-5 business days, so that we prepare and process shipments. We use FedEx and USP (delivery in 4-6 days) to ship our handmade products internationally. We also offer Economy Shipping (delivery in 10-15 days) specifically for our US customers.
Delivery times are an estimate and may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and there are different options to choose from.

Duties & Taxes
Please note that in some locations customs duties and taxes may apply when you receive your order. You may be liable to pay those fees; they will not be covered by Crafty Goodies. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs department in your location. Please contact your local customs office for details on their charges and fees. We also have no control over currency conversion rates charged by your payment company or bank.

We will not issue refunds, and we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect delivery address provided at the time of purchase.
