International Orders — Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.

Are your products truly handmade?
Yes! Every crochet item is handcrafted in small batches right here in South Africa. No two pieces are exactly alike — that's the beauty of handmade products.

What if my item looks slightly different from the photo?
Each piece is 100% handmade, there may be very slight variations like, shape, size or pattern. This is part of handcrafted goodies and what makes your item uniquely yours.

Can I request a custom order or colour?
We love custom requests! Reach out via the contact page or email us with the colour preference and if available we will make them for you.
